In his London days he set-up and ran Breakfast Rehearsal Studios in the heart of Clapham Junction. Two fully equipped, band-practice spaces that opened it’s doors to bands/artists, signed and unsigned for 19 years.

Also built and running concurrently for 13 years was Battenburg Studios in Battersea, the recording arm of Billy’s venture. Which also provided PA equipment hire and live event mixing.
Here he recorded and mixed many bands and artists as well as two albums and one EP by his own band The Motorpool.

A move to a tranquil farm in Wiltshire marked a new chapter in his musical exploration with a number of solo tracks released.
He continues to mix and record and also offers podcast recording and editing.
